Our Commercial Street restaurant couldn’t be in a more typically London location, directly opposite the Old Spitalfields market, and nestled between two of our favourite pubs, the Ten Bells and the Golden Heart. Taking inspiration from its setting in the heart of Victorian London, the restaurant echoes the nearby townhouses of that era, with parquet flooring, exposed brick walls, beautiful tiling, and wooden panelling. Downstairs in the basement, we have fitted an original Victorian Herald cast iron range cooker, housed in a brick inglenook fireplace. There’s outdoor seating right on Commercial street, perfect for a cold beer or one of our house cocktails. At Flat Iron Spitalfields, you’ll find our signature Flat Iron steak and sides, blackboard specials including the Wagyu steak of the day, alongside cocktails, draft beer and our curated selection of wines.
