Beyond The Narrative delivers lived experience led training, workshops and consultancy for schools, colleges, youth services, prisons and community organisations. We design and deliver high‑impact programmes on safeguarding, duty of care, trauma‑aware practice and youth justice, plus creative workshops for young people at risk or impacted by the justice system. Our services include staff training, strategic culture‑change consultancy, supervision and coaching for frontline teams, and co‑designed projects that uplift communities and centre the voices of lived experience
