I specialise in working with adults who are facing emotional challenges in their personal, relationship and work life. I work with all emotional and mental health issues that you may encounter but specifically with the following areas: • Relationship Issues: your intimate relationships, your family relationships, your social & work relationships. • Divorce, Separation & Breakups: Relationships sometimes come to an end but coping with the fallout can be emotionally very hard. I work to help individuals make sense of the ending of their relationships and cope with the emotions that arise. • Domestic Violence and abuse: I work with those who are currently in violent or abusive relationships or who have survived a domestic assault or abusive relationship. • Depression & Specifically Postnatal Depression: It can be hard to cope with your new and changed circumstances, I support mums and dads who find they are not coping. • Work Related Emotional Issues: Work life balance, bullying and harassment, assertiveness can all be challenging in the workplace. • Sexual Assault, Rape & Trauma: Whether you have recently been affected by an incident or it was some time ago, Trauma can surface as a result. I work with individuals who are coping with the fallout of the attack. Whatever emotional issue you are facing, Counselling and Psychotherapy can give you the space to explore the issue or challenge, understand your emotional and sometimes physical reactions and help you make sense of things and move forward. The calm, peaceful therapy room is centrally located in Marylebone and easy to travel to by public transport.
