Great experience

I cannot thank my therapist enough for the support I received. I have suffered from depression for over 35 years and have been and out of therapy for years. Although I had gained some benefit from previous therapy, my treatment from Equanimity was by far the most comprehensive and effective I have ever had. I received a thorough assessment and was guided through a highly understandable way of understanding my symptoms. The therapy involved figuring out patterns of behaving and thinking and then restructuring them into a way that was best for me. I have never felt better in 35 years.
